MESSRS SERGE MOREL, 345 PLESSIS

SAINT-LUC ST- LUC, QC J0J

The Régie des Rentes du Québec. (Pension funds) is paying you a disability pension since July 1989.

So, the person declare disable by the Regime should, by their demand , submit to a medical exam of control to establish if she is always regularly incapable of detaining a verifiable occupation.

According to the report provided after the medical exam that you recently submitted to, your state of health has improved of some kind so that you can once again regularly exercise verifiable occupation.

Because of the improvement of your state of health you cannot longer be considered disabled by all senses of the law on the claims Regime of Quebec and the Quebec Administration pension found needs to put an end to the payments of your claim of disability at the end of July 1991.

If you desire more explanation on the subject of this decision do not hesitate to communicate with the Regime. The pamphlet included indicates how to reach us.

After communicating with the Regime, you can demand the reexamination of that decision. You can utilize the forms included to inform us of the reasons that could justify a new study of your case. You should then present your demand before the 16 of July of 1992.

You should agree sir, the expression of my good sentiments.
