Has described, concerning the Lachapelle G. owned publication below, after the author report of the Lachapelle missing date promotion.

This G Lachapelle missing promotion period was 1975 to 1980  

1 -) Research and Development Section (1975-1980), Geodetic Survey of Canada, Surveys & Mapping Branch, Department of Energy, Mines, and Resources, Ottawa and  

2 - ) Head, Geodetic Research and Development, Sheltech Canada, a Division of Shell Canada Resources Ltd. (1980 - 1982).  

And by that we could understand, and that explain by his second function and the fact Petro Canada was owned by the Canadian Government,  

· why in 1983 LACHAPELLE, G. public note “PRESENTATION - NO PROCEEDINGS” reported:   “LACHAPELLE, G., N. BECK, P. HEROUX, and D.E. WELLS (1983) GPS-Aided Navigation with a Slow Switching Receiver . Presented at International Symposium on Point Positioning in Marine Geodesy, Maracaibo (Venezuela Oil productor), February 23-27”. See page 32 0f 43  

· why in 1984 it was Imperial Oil whom becomes the first Canadian business with a private network for inter-branch communications via satellite.

This private network for inter-branch communications via satellite was probably basic with the Apple II computer. This Apple II computer was the brand used in 1982 at the MSSTC radio Telecommunication contract which was in fact the pre-production prototype criminal copy of one application the ACILR electronic concept), from the original copy of the MSSTC's ACILR-CDRIL electronic concept operational since fall 1982.

If we consider:

· It’s Petro Canada, own by the Canadian Government, who subsidize the University of Calgary for the GPS research and development  

· Mr. Lachapelle was a Technical Chair, Surveying and Mapping Colloquium III, Canadian Petroleum Association, Banff, October 1981;

· It’s Mr. Lachapelle who had obtain a Chair for the CPA Colloquium V on Petroleum Surveying in the 90s, Canadian Petroleum Association, Calgary, October 1989
