THE ABRIDGEMENT DATED JUNE 25,
1999 THE FACTUAL ACCOUNT OF AUTHOR’S POLITICAL EXILE
FROM CANADA by
Serge Morel THE ABRIDGEMENT – ADDENDUM 1 –
DATED SEPTEMBER 29, 1999
Updated on September 20, 2000
AUTHOR COMMENTS :
The 15 documents the CD file copy of “THE
ABRIDGMENT” Addendum 1 computer files with the tape Video of Radio
Canada also join to complete and protect them for any civil law suit
or governmental investigation concerning this international ACILR
case.
These documents are the referencing noted in
“The Abridgment” Addendum 1 Updated in page 16, NOTATION – 7
Concerning “The Abridgment” Addendum 2, actually
at the correction and which will be deposited later, will complete
this ACILR public international case.
For information only in the Addendum 2, I
comment and report the French Public Governmental document and
letters, press release, and report document from different
governmental and private agency. I didn’t translate these documents
that need to be translated by a certified legal translator, what I’m
not. That why I only made some personal comments which explain their
relation with my case and had some others details which identifies
and explain the reason why some French Canadian lawyers and myself
had selected them.
This work was requested after discussion I had
with three US lawyers and one by a certified legal advisor. This
work was to simplify and limited some work the translator who would
have to make some brief summary translation for different documents
necessary, before a lawyer could begin to study and build a case.
Some specific documents will be translated in detail prior to
presenting them to national international lawyers to bring the case
to court.
To satisfy this request, I wrote this document “
THE ABRIDGMENT ADDENDUM 2” which include all documents, video tape
and identified different registered tape cassette of different
authority I do to protect myself.
These registered tapes and copy are still not
available for the public hearing. Only the Video tape register from
a TV public French Commentary made by Radio Canada in September 14,
1994.
These comments elaborate years and months of
progressive events based on original documents. All these document
had been deposit publicly and on oath in different Canadian courts
(Superior, Appeal, grievance and small claim courts), Canadian
Justice (Provincial and Federal) ministry, different Canadian Police
force, Federal, Provincial and Municipal police department. In
addition, which was directly involve, the Quebec Public Ministry
directly related with by the administration and nomination of the
Quebec police Commission.
Internationally, I made a deposit of the listed
no.1 in the Document Title “The abridgment” page 2/22, Title “Report
on the Progress and problems encountered in the ACILR
(Administration Council for International and Local Reference)
numbers of page 637 ”. This document deposit was made also in 1985
to the U.S.A. FBI who had request a representing from the CIA
Washington and one U.S. Government translator from New York at the
New Haven meeting in November 1985.
In spring 1986, I trying to bridge language
barrier with the U.S. FBI authorities representing and made my first
translation of the first volume of the document no.1. That document
was translated, in Canadian English.
I joined this document volume 1 translated with
the 5 other French volumes deposited in court to complete the 6
volume of the English document Title “Report on the Progress and
problems encountered in the ACILR”. This 5 French volumes was the
photocopy off all the documents that disappeared in superior and
appeals court, on April 4, 1985 and to stop their deposition, on
June 19, 1985, the MSSTC lawyer advised, the Judge, he had found it
but never reappeared in court until 1988.
I list here the 15 documents, the CD file copy
of Addendum 1 computer files with include the CD video clip of the
Video of Radio-Canada from the public TV tape copy.
